Odvojiti belanca od žumanaca. Belanca umutiti sa šećerom i prstohvatom soli u čvrst sneg a zatim dodavati jedno po jedno žumance uz lagano mućenje. Na kraju varjačom umešati kakao i brašno. Smesu uliti u pleh obložen papirom za pečenje i peći 5-7 minuta na 230 stepeni. Pečenu koru izručiti na mokru krpu, uviti i ostaviti da se ohladi.<br />

Čokoladu otopiti na pari a pavlaku čvrsto umutiti mikserom pa joj dodati otopljenu čokoladu i sve dobro sjediniti mikserom. Od pripremljenog fila odvojiti 1/3 za premazivanje celog rolata.<br />

Odvojiti malo mleka i u njemu razmutiti prašak za puding, ostatak mleka staviti sa šećerom da provri pa u provrelo dodati umućenu smesu i kuvati dok se ne zgusne. Ostaviti puding da se ohladi pa mu dodati umućenu slatku pavlaku i sve sjediniti.<br />

U vodi razmutiti instant kafu i dodati rum. Čokoladu izrendati na krupno. U dezertne čaše na dno poređati izlomljene piškote pa ih preliti sa 1 kašikom pripremljene kafe, posuti sa rendanom čokoladom pa staviti 2 kašike pripremljenog fila, zatim još jedan red piškota, preliti kafom, posuti sa čokoladom i naneti 2 kašike fila. Po želji ukrasiti sa izlomljenim piškotama i rendanom čokoladom ili sa umućenom slatkom pavlakom.<br />

Belanca umutiti sa šećerom u čvrst sneg pa lagano umešati varjačom brašno a zatim i mlevene orahe, lešnike ili bademe. Smesu uliti u pleh obložen papirom za pečenje i peći u zagrejanoj rerni na 180 stepeni. Na isti način pripremiti i drugu koru.<br />

Žumanca umutiti sa brašnom, dodati malo mleka od ukupne količine i sve dobro umutiti da nema grudvica. Ostatak mleka staviti sa šečerom da provri pa u provrelo mleko dodati umućenu smesu i kuvati uz mešanje dok se ne zgusne. Ostaviti fil da se dobro ohladi pa ga sjediniti sa penasto umućenim margarinom. Fil podeliti na dva dela pa u jedan deo dodati 150 gr otopljene čokolade i nutelu a u drugi deo dodati 100 gr seckane čokolade.<br />

Priprema:<br />

Prvo pripremiti čokoladu za premazivanje kalupa. Otopiti je na pari sa uljem pa silikonske kalupe premazivati sa otopljenom čokoladom. U svaki kalup staviti po kašičicu čokolade i razmazati i po stranicama kalupa pa staviti u zamrzivač da se stegne.<br />

Punjenje:<br />

Na pari otopiti nutelu i čokoladu sa uljem, zatim dodati lešnik i napolitanke pa sve sjediniti. Iz zamrzivača izvaditi kalupe sa stegnutom čokoladom pa puniti sa pripremljenom smesom zatim opet staviti u zamrzivač da se praline stegnu. Stegnute praline izvaditi iz kalupa i poredđati na tacnu, po želji praline se mogu prošarati sa otopljenom belom čokoladom.</div>

Listove oblande prekriti mokrom krpom da omekšaju. List oblande premazati sa polovinom fila, na dužu ivicu oblande poređati 4 bananice pa lagano uviti u rolat. Isti postupak ponoviti i sa drugim listom oblande, ostatkom fila i bananicama. OD SMESE SE DOBIJU DVA ROLATA.<br />

Od umešenog testa oblikovati kuglice pa ih utisnuti u podmazan pleh za mafine i oblikovati korpice, testo malo izbockati nožem ili viljuškom. Peći na 180 stepeni 10-15 minuta. Pečeno testo ostaviti da se ohladi.<br />

Žumanca umutiti sa prah šećerom, zatim dodati margarin i orahe pa sve dobro umutiti. Čokoladu otopiti na pari pa dodati u predhodnu smesu, zatim dodati kakao i ekstrat. Belanca umutiti pa ih lagano umešati varjačom u predhodnu smesu.<br />

Slatku pavlaku umutiti pa smesu podeliti na dva dela. U jedan deo dodati vocni jogurt i dobro izmešati kašikom, a u drugi deo dodati keks i rendanu čokoladu. U desertne čaše prvo sipati smesu sa keksom i čokoladom, zatim smesu sa jogurtom. Po želji ukrasiti sa umućenom pavlakom, posuti sa mlevenim keksom i rendanom čokoladom.<br />

Vodu sa margarinom, šećerom i čokoladom staviti da provri, zatim skloniti sa vatre pa dodati lešnike i keks, sve dobro izmešati i ostaviti da se smesa potpuno ohladi. Od ohlađene smese oblikovati kuglice željene veličine, uvaljati ih u mleveni keks pa na sredini svake kuglice prstom napraviti udubljenje. Udubljenja puniti sa čoko namazom. Čoko namaz prethodno zagrejati na laganoj vatri. Gnezda prošarati sa otopljenom belom čokoladom.<br />

Priprema:<br />
<br />
Mleko, margarin i šećer staviti na laganu vatru da provri, zatim dodati mleko u prahu i dobro umutiti mikserom. Ostaviti da se smesa prohladi, dodati keks i lešnike pa sve dobro zamesiti, da smesa bude pogodna za oblikovanje. Ukoliko je smesa retka dodati jos keksa ili kokosa. Pripremljenu smesu utinuti u obložene kalupe za trouglove i ostaviti da se stegne. Stegnut kolač izvaditi iz kalupa pa po želji preliti otopljenom belom čokoladom i posuti sa kokosom. Smesa je dovoljna za 2 kalupa.<br />

Staviti da provri mleko ( vodu ), šećer i vanil šećer pa ostaviti da vri 4-5 minuta. Skloniti sa vatre pa dodati iseckan margarin i mešati da se otopi. Zatim dodati keks, orahe i kakao, sve dobro sjediniti pa na kraju dodati i rum. Ostaviti fil da se prohladi pa prohlađenim filom filovati listove oblande. Staviti na hladno da se stegne pa preliti čokoladnom glazurom.<br />

Žumaca umutiti sa šećerom i brašnom, dodati malo mleka i sve sjediniti, ostatak mleka staviti da provri pa u provrelo dodati umućenu smesu i kuvati uz mešanje dok se ne zgusne. Ostaviti fil da seohladi pa mu dodati 4 kašike umućenog šlaga. Podeliti fil na dva dela pa u jedan dodati 1 štanglu otopljene menaž čokolade i 2 štangle iseckane Menaž čokolade, a u drugi deo dodati 2 štangle iseckane bele čokolade.<br />
Keks samleti pa podeliti na dva dela i u jedan deo dodati Nesquik. Posebno otopiti 50 gr. bele čokolade sa 1 kašikom ulja i 50 gr. Menaž čokolade isto sa 1 kašikom ulja.<br />

U desertne čaše sipati po 2-3 kašike mlevenog keksa ( bez nesquika ), zatim preliti sa malo otopljene crne čokolade pa sipati fil sa seckanom belom čokoladom, posuti sa keksom koji je pomešan sa Nesquikom, preliti sa malo otopljene bele čokolade, sipati fil sa seckanom Menaž čokoladom, odozgo posuti keksom koji je pomešan sa Nesquikom. Desert ukrasiti rendanom ili seckanom čokoladom.<br />

Na laganoj vatri zagrejati slatku pavlaku, dodati joj čokoladu i mešati da se čokolada otopi. Ostaviti da se ohladi a zatim umutiti sa mikserom. 1 duplo pakovanje piškota,<br />
4 jaja,<br />
200 gr. šećera,<br />
100 gr. čokolade za kuvanje,<br />
250 gr. margarina,<br />
8 seckanih krem bananica,<br />
100 gr. seckanih lešnika, badema ili oraha.<br />

Za natapanje piškota:<br />

100 ml. mleka.<br />

100 ml. slatke pavlake i<br />
100 gr. čokolade za kuvanje.<br />

Priprema:<br />
<br />
Penasto umutiti margarin pa mu dodati prethodno otopljenu i prohlađenu čokoladu i 4 žumanceta pa sve dobro umutiti. Belanca umutiti sa šećerom u čvrst sneg i dodati u prethodnu smesu. Sjediniti varjačom pa dodati seckane krem bananice i seckane lešnike, bademe ili orahe.<br />
